About Mudasir
​Mudasir joined the research group in January 2026 under ANRF-PAIR Student Exchange Program. Originally he is from Kashmir, he completed his B.Sc. Government Degree College Kupwara, under University of Kashmir. He is currently doing Ph.D. from Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Kashmir, under the supervision of Dr. Adil Gani.
